Upcoming Danvers PME Fundraisers
2011
For this calendar year, we are introducing our first ad-book which will serve as the program for all Chorus and Concert Band events. This is an opportunity for businesses to participate in our challenge to underwrite the extra-ordinary expenses of the school system’s wonderful music programs. Please read the letter to all PME families for information about this fundraiser. Get the letter you can give to to business supporters here. For selling ads, you need the script, the order form, and the ad sizing sheet.
October
Gift Card Fundraiser - Order gift cards and a portion of the sales goes to the band! Makes a great gift for the holidays! Even if you don't need cards for gifts, buy them for places you shop anyway!
Get the flyer and the order form. Orders are due November 1!!!
November-December
*Poinsettia Sales – Just in time to decorate for the holidays. Beautiful poinsettia plants in four colors and three sizes!
January
A Cappella for the Arts – Groups of college students, some including DHS alumni, return to perform a cappella arrangements. You'll hear everything from classic rock to contemporary tunes performed without instruments, though you'd swear there could be a full band on stage as vocalists use techniques such as beat boxing to create sound. It's an evening not to be missed.
April-May

August
Annual Golf Outing – 18-holes of Golf, lunch, and prizes at Ferncroft Country Club.
Car Wash – Join the PME at Firestone Tire in Danvers for a car wash - Only $5.
September
McDonald's Night –with Special “Behind the Counter” Guests DHS Band Director Ronald Parsons & DHS Choral Director Matthew Haynes.
On-going fundraisers:
Toner Cartridge and Ink Cartridge Recycle – Cartridges get turned in for cash, drop off at the band room. Read more about our Recycle Fundraiser. See the list of toner cartridges and the list of inkjet cartridges.
50/50 Raffles – 50/50 raffle tickets sold at football games & other fundraisers throughout the year.
